OUR SERVICES
Obstetrics

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology, which is a surgical field.

Gynecology

Within gynaecology procedures include:

carrying out surgical interventions following miscarriage
treating abnormal bleeding and polyps
major surgery for gynaecological cancers
minimal access surgery for problems including endometriosis
Keyhole or minimal access surgery is now commonplace and has many advantages.

Assisted reproduction (fertility treatment) has helped many thousands of women have a family, which would not have been possible in the last generation.

3D / 4D Ultrasound

Ultrasounds can be used to check a number of variables when you're pregnant, including:
How your baby is developing
Your baby's age
Any problems in your uterus, ovaries, cervix, or the placenta4
How many babies you're carrying
Any problems you and/or your baby may be having
Your baby's heart rate
Your baby's growth and position in your uterus
The level of your amniotic fluid
Signs of Down syndrome.

Midwifery

The word ‘midwife’ means ‘with woman’. A midwife is widely regarded to be a trained professional who assists women with pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. The role of the midwife is diverse and includes supporting women and their families, providing information about how to maintain healthy pregnancies and carrying out clinical examinations.

Post-Menopause

The time of a woman's life following menopause is called postmenopause. During this time, many of the bothersome symptoms a woman may have experienced before menopause gradually decrease. But as a result of several factors, including a lower level of estrogen, postmenopausal women are at increased risk for a number of health conditions, such as osteoporosis and heart disease.

EFFECTIVE,SAFE AND PAINFREE ABORTION PILLS

Medical Abortion also known as early termination of pregnancy involves taking a pair of pills before 12 weeks of pregnancy. The two pills are routinely prescribed in combination; the first terminates the pregnancy, while the second causes uterine contractions and expels it and now days women prefer having abortions by taking the abortion pill than undergoing a surgical abortion.

What is the abortion pill?
Termination / Abortion Pills are tablets that end a pregnancy by blocking the female hormone called Progesterone. Without progesterone a pregnancy can not survive.

Safe Abortion Pills are effective in terminating a pregnancy because it looks like a miscarriage.

After the abortion we shall offer you womb cleaning pills and antibiotics to prevent any infections during the healing process.

Abortions that are performed with pills are also called medical abortion.

The Termination / Abortion pill up to 20 weeks
For pregnancies under 10 weeks’ gestation you may take the medical termination at the same time, or you may leave the clinic after taking the first set of pill and return 1-3 days later to take the second set of pills. Your healthcare professional will discuss your particular options with you – there are different potential risks involved with each option. Taking both medicines at the same time is convenient for many women but causes more side effects and is less effective than when the medicines are taken at least one day apart. It is important that you understand the differences between your options – so please read the table below and talk to your healthcare professional about what is best for you.
